  11. This is a mail notification program which places AppIcons
  12. on the Workbench. These AppIcons then change state in
  13. response to the changes in filesize of the files
  14. that you specify that the program should watch.

  16. Reasons to use it:
  17.  
  18.     Implemented as a commodity.
  19.  
  20.     Can watch one file or millions (well, I've only
  21.     tested it up to 16 at the moment, but there are
  22.     no program-imposed limits).
  23.  
  24.     Has a preferences program, to configure the
  25.     attributes for the AppIcons that it shows.
  26.  
  27.     Can also run programs or scripts when the state
  28.     of the mailfiles change.
  29.  
  30.     Can start programs via the CLI or Workbench, using
  31.     wbstart.library on OS 3.x systems, or
  32.     WBStart-Handler on OS 2.x systems.

  34.     Quits if run twice (in good AUISG style, unlike
  35.     Sabot).
